Adventure Awaits in Pandora – The World of Avatar

Kaltxì, traveler. With this traditional Na’vi greeting, your journey into Pandora can truly begin! Explore the deeply rooted Na’vi culture woven into every pathway, soundscape and glowing detail. Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park gives you a chance to join Alpha Centauri Expeditions for the journey of a lifetime at Pandora – The World of Avatar.

Begin your Avatar adventure in the living, breathing Valley of Mo’ara. Glowing vines frame your path through the magical landscape—surrounded by looming mountains, tumbling waterfalls, Na’vi totems and lush plants that come to life with bioluminescence each night. You’ll forget that you’re still within the boundaries of Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.

Keep an eye out for Na’vi totems and cultural items tucked throughout the valley! Prepare for Your Journey Through Mo’ara

As you embark on your Mo’ara expedition, note that attractions are typically open during theme park hours. Be sure to confirm times and dates before your visit by checking the My Disney Experience app for the latest hours and information for each attraction. You’ll find a range of accessibility options, such as wheelchair/ECV transfer access, audio description and handheld captioning. Please note that children under age 7 must be accompanied by someone 14 or older.

    The Avatar Flight of Passage attraction lets you take to the air on the back of a banshee, floating high above Pandora’s wild landscape. Please note that Guests must be 44” or taller to ride this attraction.
  • Na’vi River Journey
    The Na’vi River Journey attraction takes you on a gentle drift through this illuminated rainforest. Float down the mystical river and through the glowing caves as you take in the dreamlike surroundings. With no height requirement, this attraction is perfect for adventurers of all sizes.

    For a quick bite in the heart of Pandora, Satu’li Canteen offers fresh dishes that are out of this world! Start by sipping a Pandoran Sunrise or a Yovo Fruit Margarita. Then, enjoy a colorful Ocean Moon Bowl with tuna, blue noodles, rainbow carrots and avocado or yummy Cheeseburger Steamed Pods—surrounded by Na’vi art and culture with indoor and outdoor seating. Early birds can even grab breakfast at this dining location, choosing from delicious picks like the Slow-roasted Pork Shoulder Potato Hash and Tropical Pandoran Forest Fruits. And for Guests that need a pick-me-up, the Specialty Cold Brew Flight is available all day for a refreshing caffeine sampler!

    A: After getting your boarding instructions and climbing atop the back of your own banshee, you’ll be in flight for about four and a half minutes.

    A: In Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, take the bridge from Discovery Island just past the Island Mercantile and find yourself transported to Pandora.
