If I use my Disney® Visa® Card outside the U.S., do I have to pay any foreign transaction fees?

Foreign transaction fees are 3% of the amount of each transaction in U.S. dollars for the Disney® Premier Visa® Card and the Disney® Visa® Card. The Disney® Inspire Visa® Card does not have foreign transaction fees.
