How do I reload additional Disney Rewards Dollars to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card I already have?

You can reload an existing, active Redemption Card with additional Disney Rewards Dollars by logging in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney Account. Once logged in, click “manage My Rewards Dollars” and select the Redemption Card to reload. You can also reload an existing, active Redemption Card via the Chase Mobile® app or by calling 1-800-300-8575. You can reload a Redemption Card with a minimum of 10 Disney Rewards Dollars. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed using Pay Yourself Back®.345

Categories, eligible merchants, and purchase transaction eligibility may change from time to time without notice. Even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won't qualify for rewards offers on purchases in that category.
