Questions about redeeming Disney Rewards Dollars

You can redeem Disney Rewards Dollars toward Disney products and offerings using a Disney Rewards Redemption Card or you can use Pay Yourself Back®. You can order a Disney Rewards Redemption Card by visiting the Manage Account page on DisneyRewards.com, the Disney Rewards Redemption Cards page on Chase.com, in the Chase Mobile® app or by calling 1-800-300-8575 and transferring Disney Rewards Dollars to the card. Then, use it at participating Disney locations in the U.S. to redeem Disney Rewards Dollars toward eligible Disney products and offerings. You can also redeem Rewards Dollars for a statement credit using Pay Yourself Back® toward select Disney purchases made within the last 90 days. Inspire Cardmembers and Premier Cardmembers can also redeem Rewards Dollars for a statement credit toward airline purchases made within the last 90 days. You will not use a Redemption Card when using Pay Yourself Back®.12345

If Free Standard Shipping is selected, there is no shipping fee, and the Redemption Card will arrive 5-8 business days after requested. (No deliveries on weekends and holidays.) If Rush Shipping is selected, there is a $10.00 fee, and the Redemption Card will arrive 2-4 business days after requested. (Deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Continental U.S. only. No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or rural deliveries.). The delivery fee, if any, will be charged to your Disney® Visa® Card in your account.

There are many locations in the U.S. both inside and outside of Disney Parks where you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card loaded with Disney Rewards Dollars. Go to the Where to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars section to find out where you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card.1

To check your Rewards Dollars balance, log in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney account to see your Disney Rewards Dollars balance. Alternatively, you can check your latest credit card statement from Chase or on the Chase Mobile® app. You may also call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-300-8575.

You can reload an existing, active Redemption Card with additional Disney Rewards Dollars by logging in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney Account. Once logged in, click “manage My Rewards Dollars” and select the Redemption Card to reload. You can also reload an existing, active Redemption Card via the Chase Mobile® app or by calling 1-800-300-8575. You can reload a Redemption Card with a minimum of 10 Disney Rewards Dollars. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed using Pay Yourself Back®.345

No, your Disney Rewards Dollars never expire.

You can have two valid Disney Rewards Redemption Cards per account at any given time.

There is no limit to the number of Disney Rewards Dollars you can redeem. You can redeem only the amount you’ve earned in your account.

Yes. When you add an authorized user, you are allowing that person full use of the account, including the redemption of Disney Rewards Dollars. Please remember you are responsible for all charges made by that person on your account.6

Yes, your Disney Rewards account will be debited when the credit posts to your credit card account for the returned item.

You should request a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card at least three weeks before your vacation.

Yes. There are several locations at both the Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort where you can pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the Redeem Rewards page in the Rewards Dollars section. Or, call 1-800-300-8575 for locations. After you receive the card, call the number located on the sticker on the front of the card to activate and load it with Disney Rewards Dollars from your Disney Rewards Dollars account.

No. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, they cannot be returned to your Disney Rewards account. Remember, when Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, you can no longer use them to redeem for a credit on your monthly statement using Pay Yourself Back®.345

Call Chase immediately at 1-800-300-8575 to report the loss of the card. If you are at a Disney Park in the U.S., you can pick up a new card at Guest Relations and have any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars loaded to the new card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the Redeem Rewards page in the Rewards Dollars section. If you are at home, Chase can load any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars onto a new card and mail it to you.

Important Note: Please remember that anyone in possession of a Disney Rewards Redemption Card can use it. Any Disney Rewards Dollars redeemed before you report the card lost or stolen cannot be recovered.12

You can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card as a form of payment toward Disney, Disney and Pixar and Star Wars and Marvel movie tickets at AMCTheatres.com ↗ or on the AMC Theatres mobile app ↗. Tickets purchased through AMC are subject to the Terms & Conditions of AMC Theatres.1

You must purchase online. Once you add a Disney movie ticket to your cart, you will have the option to use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Simply enter your Redemption Card number to cover all or part of your purchase.

Disney Rewards Dollars may be redeemed for a statement credit using Pay Yourself Back® toward purchases made with your Disney® Visa® Card at select merchants within the 90 days before the redemption request date. Purchases at select Disney locations in the U.S., online at Disney sites including DisneyStore.com, DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com and Plus.ESPN.com qualify. Inspire Cardmembers and Premier Cardmembers can also use Pay Yourself Back® to redeem Rewards Dollars for a statement credit toward airline purchases made directly with the airline, including airline travel to any destination, on any airline – with no block-out dates.345

Purchases with your Disney® Visa® Card qualify if made within 90 days of the redemption request date at select Disney locations in the U.S. and online at Disney sites. Purchases can include Disney Theme Park Tickets, Resort stays, dining, merchandise and more when paid for directly at Disney. Third-party agents, parties and websites do not qualify as eligible purchases.345

No. Disney Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed for a statement credit using a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. If you plan on redeeming your Rewards Dollars for a statement credit using Pay Yourself Back®, do not load them onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card.345

Statement credits will post to the card account within 3 business days of a request to redeem and will appear on the monthly Chase credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Yes, statement credits will reduce your balance, but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment.345

Your eligible purchases may not have posted to your card account yet. Once an eligible purchase posts to your card account, it will be listed on Pay Yourself Back® to choose and apply Disney Rewards Dollars to redeem for a statement credit. We make reasonable efforts to include all relevant merchant codes in eligible categories.345

Even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won’t qualify as eligible purchases in that category.

6Authorized User

All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same account number and charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. Chase provides account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user's credit score. When you tell us to add a user to your account, you're confirming that you have a relationship with the person or people whose name(s), address(es), and date(s) of birth you've told us, that all their information is correct, and that you have their consent to add them. If Chase determines you've given us fraudulent name, address, or date of birth information, or did not have such consent, Chase can close this account.
