Where to find strollers at the Disneyland® Resort

Clocked those iconic red and yellow Mickey and Minnie strollers buzzing around the Disneyland® Resort? You can rent them outside the theme parks, just east of the Disneyland® Park Main entrance! Stroll in style for $18 per day for a single stroller (designed for children weighing less than 50 pounds) or for $36 per day for a double stroller (recommended weight capacity of 100 pounds).

Just make sure to stay in your (stroll) zone: Rented strollers at the Disneyland® Resort can be used and taken between Disneyland® Park, Disney California Adventure® Park and the Downtown Disney® District—but don’t take them into Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort or onto parking lot trams or buses.

Pro tip: Prepay for your multi-day rentals and get hassle-free pickups each day. Just show your receipt and stroll onward!

And make sure to rent by the rules: Return rented strollers to a rental location before leaving the park. If you’re renting for multiple days, just show your rental receipt at any of the theme parks for a replacement.

Bring your own stroller (and style) to the Disney Parks

Bringing your own stroller to either of the Disney parks? For Walt Disney World® Resort, as long as it meets the stroller guidelines listed here, you’re ready to roll! As for the Happiest Place on Earth, you can bring your own stroller there as well. Just be sure to follow the guidelines listed here for the Disneyland® Resort. Please note that stroller wagons are an absolute no-go. Wagons are not permitted for use at the Disneyland® Resort or at Walt Disney World® Resort. Tips for getting around the Disney Parks with a Stroller

You want your next trip to the Disneyland® Resort or Walt Disney World® Resort to be smooth strolling. Whether you rented one or are bringing your own, follow a few simple tips for getting around with a stroller!

  • Safety first: Don’t take strollers on escalators, use elevators and ramps to get around instead.
  • Pack light: For security—and convenience—don’t leave personal items in unattended strollers.
  • Mind the size: Make sure your stroller isn’t larger than 31″ (79 cm) x 52″ (132 cm).
  • Stroller parking: Look for signs indicating dedicated stroller parking. Heads up: Cast Members may move strollers due to operational needs.

  • Tram time: Children must sit in tram seats, not in personal strollers, while riding on a parking lot tram.
  • Tag in, ride on: Families can experience all their favorite attractions—even if some in their group are too small to (or don’t want to) ride. It’s just a matter of using the Rider Switch service: One group rides the attraction while the other waits — then swap riders without waiting twice. Everyone gets their turn!
