General questions about Disney Rewards

Disney Rewards is the only credit card program that allows Cardmembers to turn everyday purchases into lasting Disney memories. Disney® Inspire Visa® Cardmembers, Disney® Premier Visa® Cardmembers and Disney® Visa® Cardmembers have access to year-round perks, and can earn Disney Rewards Dollars to redeem toward their favorite Disney products and experiences.123 The Disney Inspire Visa Card, Disney Premier Visa Card and Disney Visa Card are issued by JPMorgan Chase, N.A. Member FDIC.

Yes! If you are a Disney® Visa® Cardmember, you can check your Disney Rewards Dollars balance, manage your Disney Rewards Dollars and view your Transaction History on the DisneyRewards.com website if you log in and link your Disney and Chase.com accounts.

Click “Log in” in the navigation from anywhere on the site to visit the Manage Account page. From there, click “Log in / Link” and enter your MyDisney email address and password. If you’ve created an account on other services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies such as Disney+, Walt Disney World®, ESPN and more, you can use the same login for Disney Rewards when linking your Chase.com account.

If you don’t have a MyDisney account, then you can set up a new one by clicking on the “Log in / Link” button on the Manage Account page.

Please note that you must have an existing Chase.com username and password set up at Chase.com, which you must link with Disney Rewards to see your Rewards Dollars balance on DisneyRewards.com.

To take advantage of promotional APR financing of 0% for 6 months from the date of purchase on select Disney vacation packages, Disney cruises, Adventures by Disney® packages, AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa vacation packages and National Geographic Expeditions, use your Disney® Visa® Card to book through the Walt Disney Travel Company, online at Disney sites or through other eligible travel agents or sites. Your standard purchase APR will apply after the promotional APR expires.4

Your contactless Disney® Visa® Card is a chip card that has a near-field communication (NFC) antenna, enabling close-range payments.

Look for the Contactless Indicator on your card to know if your card has the technology to make contactless payments.

Find the Contactless Symbol at checkout and simply tap your contactless Disney Visa Card on the checkout terminal. Once you see or hear the payment confirmation, your payment process is complete.

Yes. If you don’t see the Contactless Symbol, you can still use your Disney Visa Card at a checkout terminal by either inserting your card or swiping your card, depending on the terminal.

You can change your Disney® Visa® Card design anytime, at no cost, as often as you’d like. When you’re ready to change your card design, visit Chase.com ↗ or call 1-800-300-8575. See all available card designs now.5

Selection of a new card design does not automatically deactivate your previous card. Your previous card remains activated upon the selection of a new card design, until the expiration date, unless otherwise requested by you to Chase.

Yes. Each authorized user can carry a unique card design at no extra charge. To switch to a new card design or add an authorized user, visit Chase.com ↗ or call 1-800-300-8575.56

Foreign transaction fees are 3% of the amount of each transaction in U.S. dollars for the Disney® Premier Visa® Card and the Disney® Visa® Card. The Disney® Inspire Visa® Card does not have foreign transaction fees.

If you see the word “Inspire” under the Disney logo on the front of your card, you have the Disney® Inspire Visa® Card. If you see the word “Premier” under the Disney logo on the front of your card, you have the Disney® Premier Visa® Card. If you do not see the word “Inspire” or “Premier” under the Disney logo on the front of your card, you have the Disney® Visa® Card.

1Earn Disney Rewards Dollars with the Disney Visa Card

The terms and conditions that apply to Disney Rewards Dollars are available at DisneyRewards.com/Terms and will be provided to you with your Disney Visa Card once you become a cardmember.

 

Subject to credit approval. You will earn one percent (1%) in Disney Rewards Dollars for every dollar in Qualifying Purchases. ("Qualifying Purchases" means the amount of your retail purchases of goods and services minus returns or refunds that qualify for Disney Rewards Dollars in a billing cycle and do not include balance transfers, cash advances and other cash-like transactions, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your Card Account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.)

2New Applicants: Earn Disney Rewards Dollars with the Disney Premier Visa Card

The terms and conditions that apply to Disney Rewards Dollars are available at DisneyRewards.com/Terms and will be provided to you with your Disney Premier Visa Card once your new account is established.

 

Subject to credit approval. You will earn 5% total in Disney Rewards Dollars for each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) made directly at DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, or plus.espn.com for (a) a Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ monthly or annual subscription, or (b) the bundle subscription, or (c) additional Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN+ purchases, including Premier Access on Disney+, add-ons on Hulu, and pay-per-view events on ESPN+. For clarity, you will receive an additional 4% in Disney Rewards Dollars on top of the standard 1% for a total of 5% on these subscription purchases and additional Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ purchases. Your purchase of any of these subscriptions or additional Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ purchases will not earn an additional 4% in Disney Rewards Dollars if your purchase is made through a third-party device or digital platform (unless such device or platform redirects to DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or plus.espn.com for purchase) or as a bundle with cable services or as another bundle. Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ gift card and subscription card purchases that are purchased directly from DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or plus.espn.com will earn an additional 4% in Disney Rewards Dollars, but such gift card and subscription card purchases that are purchased from a point of sale location other than DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or plus.espn.com will not earn an additional 4% in Disney Rewards Dollars. You will earn 2% total in Disney Rewards Dollars for each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases made at (i) Disney Locations in the U.S. and (ii) at a merchant in any of the following rewards categories: gas stations, grocery stores or dining at restaurants, including takeout and eligible delivery services. For clarity, you will receive an additional 1% in Disney Rewards Dollars on top of the standard 1% for a total of 2% on these Qualifying Purchases. 3New Applicants: Earn Disney Rewards Dollars with the Disney Inspire Visa Card

You will earn 10% total in Disney Rewards Dollars for each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) made directly at DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, or plus.espn.com for (a) a Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ monthly or annual subscription, or (b) the bundle subscription, or (c) additional Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN+ purchases, including Premier Access on Disney+, add-ons on Hulu, and pay-per-view events on ESPN+. For clarity, you will receive an additional 9% in Disney Rewards Dollars on top of the standard 1% for a total of 10% on these subscription purchases and additional Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ purchases. Your purchase of any of these subscriptions or additional Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ purchases will not earn an additional 9% in Disney Rewards Dollars if your purchase is made through a third-party device or digital platform (unless such device or platform redirects to DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or plus.espn.com for purchase) or as a bundle with cable services or as another bundle. Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ gift card and subscription card purchases that are purchased directly from DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or plus.espn.com will earn an additional 9% in Disney Rewards Dollars, but such gift card and subscription card purchases that are purchased from a point of sale location other than DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or plus.espn.com will not earn an additional 9% in Disney Rewards Dollars. You will earn 3% total in Disney Rewards Dollars for each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases made at (i) Disney Locations in the U.S. or (ii) a merchant in the following rewards category: gas stations. For clarity, you will receive an additional 2% in Disney Rewards Dollars on top of the standard 1% for a total of 3% on these Qualifying Purchases. 4Special Vacation Financing

Get special vacation financing on select Disney Resort packages, all Adventures by Disney® packages, National Geographic Expeditions, all AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa, Ko Olina, Hawai‘i vacation packages, and all Disney Cruise Line packages (collectively, Disney Vacation Packages). Disney Vacation Packages must be booked by you through the Walt Disney Travel Company, Disney Cruise Line or Adventures by Disney Travel Services, Inc., online at Disney sites or through other eligible travel agents or sites, and charged to your Disney Visa Credit Card prior to commencement of your vacation. Other restrictions and exclusions apply. 5Card Designs

Card designs are subject to availability and may change without notice. Selection of a new card design does not automatically deactivate your previous card. Your previous card remains activated upon the selection of a new card design, until the expiration date of the previous card, unless otherwise requested by you to Chase.

6Authorized User

All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same account number and charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. Chase provides account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user's credit score. When you tell us to add a user to your account, you're confirming that you have a relationship with the person or people whose name(s), address(es), and date(s) of birth you've told us, that all their information is correct, and that you have their consent to add them. If Chase determines you've given us fraudulent name, address, or date of birth information, or did not have such consent, Chase can close this account.
