Questions about Redeeming Disney Rewards Dollars

      • First, you’ll need a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. As soon as you earn 20 Disney Rewards Dollars, you can order one by going to the My Disney Rewards section, logging in and selecting “Request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card,” or by calling 1-800-300-8575, and load your Disney Rewards Dollars to the card. Activate your Disney Rewards Redemption Card when it arrives (delivery time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks). Then, use it at participating Disney locations in the U.S. to redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars toward most everything Disney.1

      • There are many locations in the U.S. both inside and outside of Disney Theme Parks where you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card loaded with Disney Rewards Dollars. Go to the Where to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section to find out where you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card.1

      • To find out your Rewards Dollars account balance, go to the My Disney Rewards page, log in and see your Disney Rewards Dollars balance at the top of the page. You also can check your latest credit card statement from Chase.

        To find the balance on your Disney Rewards Redemption Card since your last credit card statement, go to My Disney Rewards page, log-in and see the balances on your Redemption Cards at the top of the page. You may also call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-300-8575.

        Or, if you have made a purchase using your Disney Rewards Redemption Card at Disney retail locations in the U.S. since your last monthly statement, your remaining Disney Rewards Dollars balance will be printed on the receipt. Refer to your last purchase receipt to obtain the most current balance.

      • You can reload additional Disney Rewards Dollars to an existing, active Redemption Card online by going to the My Disney Rewards section and selecting “Load Disney Rewards Dollars” on that page, via the Chase Mobile® app or by calling 1-800-300-8575. You must have a minimum of 10 Disney Rewards Dollars available in your account. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed using Pay Yourself Back®.23

      • No. Once you have loaded Rewards Dollars to a Redemption Card, the Rewards Dollars will never expire.

      • You can have two valid Disney Rewards Redemption Cards per account at any given time.

      • There is no limit to the number of Disney Rewards Dollars you can redeem. You can redeem only the amount you’ve earned in your account.

      • Yes. When you add an authorized user, you are allowing that person full use of the account, including the redemption of Disney Rewards Dollars. Please remember you are responsible for all charges made by that person on your account.4

      • Yes, your Disney Rewards account will be debited when the credit posts to your credit card account for the returned item.

      • You should request a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card at least three weeks before your vacation.

      • Yes. There are several locations at both the Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort where you can pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the How to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section. Or, call 1-800-300-8575 for locations. After you receive the card, call the number located on the sticker on the front of the card to activate and load it with Disney Rewards Dollars from your Disney Rewards Dollars account.

      • No. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, they cannot be returned to your Disney Rewards account. Remember, when Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, you can no longer use them to redeem for a credit on your monthly statement using Pay Yourself Back®.23

      • Call Chase immediately at 1-800-300-8575 to report the loss of the card. If you are at a Disney Theme Park in the U.S., you can pick up a new card at Guest Relations and have any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars loaded to the new card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the How to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section. If you are at home, Chase can load any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars onto a new card and mail it to you.

        Important Note: Please remember that anyone in possession of a Disney Rewards Redemption Card can use it. Any Disney Rewards Dollars redeemed before you report the card lost or stolen cannot be recovered.5

      • You can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card as a form of payment toward Disney, Disney and Pixar and Star Wars and Marvel movie tickets at AMCTheatres.com or on the AMC Theatres mobile app. Tickets purchased through AMC are subject to the Terms & Conditions of AMC Theatres.1

        You must purchase online. Once you add a Disney movie ticket to your cart, you will have the option to use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Simply enter your redemption card number to cover all or part of your purchase.

      • With Pay Yourself Back®, most Disney purchases using your Disney Visa Card in the U.S. are eligible for a statement credit. Purchases can include Disney tickets, Resort stays, dining, merchandise and more when paid for directly at Disney. Third party agents, parties and websites do not qualify as eligible purchases.       • No. If you plan on redeeming your Disney Rewards Dollars toward Disney or airline purchases using Pay Yourself Back, do not load them onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. You can only use Disney Rewards Dollars that are still in your Disney Rewards Dollars account for a credit on your monthly statement.23

      • It may take up to three business days for your statement credit to post to your account. Statement credits will appear on your monthly statement within 1-2 billing cycles as “Pay Yourself Back Credit”.

        2. Even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won’t qualify as eligible purchases in that category.
