How do I redeem the Disney Rewards Dollars I've earned toward Disney products and offerings?
First, you’ll need a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. As soon as you earn 20 Disney Rewards Dollars, you can order one by going to the My Disney Account section, logging in and selecting “Request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card,” or by calling 1-800-300-8575, and transfer your Disney Rewards Dollars to the card. Activate your Disney Rewards Redemption Card when it arrives (delivery time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks). Then, use it at participating Disney locations to redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars toward most everything Disney.1

Where can I see how many Disney Rewards Dollars I have?
To find out your Rewards Dollars account balance, go to the My Disney Account page, log in and see your Disney Rewards Dollars balance at the top of the page. You also can check your latest credit card statement from Chase.
To find the balance on your Disney Rewards Redemption Card since your last credit card statement, go to My Disney Account page, log-in and see the balances on your Redemption Cards at the top of the page. You may also call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-300-8575.
Or, if you have made a purchase using your Disney Rewards Redemption Card at a Disney retail location since your last monthly statement, your remaining Disney Rewards Dollars balance will be printed on the receipt. Refer to your last purchase receipt to obtain the most current balance.

How do I transfer additional Disney Rewards Dollars to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card I already have?
You can transfer additional Disney Rewards Dollars to an existing, active Redemption Card online by going to the My Disney Account section and selecting “Transfer Disney Rewards Dollars” on that page, or by calling
1-800-300-8575. You must have a minimum of 10 Disney Rewards Dollars available to transfer. For Disney® Premier Visa® Cardmembers, once Disney Rewards Dollars are transferred to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed toward airline travel. -
Do Disney Rewards Dollars that I have already transferred to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card ever expire?
No. Once you have transferred Rewards Dollars to a Redemption Card, the Rewards Dollars will never expire.

Yes, your Disney Rewards account will be debited when the credit posts to your credit card account for the returned item.

I am planning a Disney vacation. When should I request my Disney Rewards Redemption Card?
You should request a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card at least three weeks before your vacation.

If I forget to request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card before my Disney vacation, are there any options for me?
Yes. There are several locations at both the Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort where you can pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the How to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section. Or, call 1-800-300-8575 for locations. After you receive the card, call the number located on the sticker on the front of the card to activate and load it with Disney Rewards Dollars from your Disney Rewards Dollars account.

Can I transfer Disney Rewards Dollars from my Disney Rewards Redemption Card back into my Rewards Dollars account balance?
No. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are transferred onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, they cannot be transferred back into your Disney Rewards account. Remember, for Disney Premier Visa Cardmembers, when Disney Rewards Dollars are transferred to a Redemption Card, you can no longer use them to redeem for a credit on your monthly statement towards airline tickets purchased with your card.

What happens if my Disney Rewards Redemption Card is lost or stolen?
Call Chase immediately at 1-800-300-8575 to report the loss of the card. If you are at a Disney Theme Park, you can pick up a new card at Guest Relations and have any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars transferred to the new card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the How to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section. If you are at home, Chase can transfer any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars onto a new card and mail it to you.
Important Note: Please remember that anyone in possession of a Disney Rewards Redemption Card can use it. Any Disney Rewards Dollars redeemed before you report the card lost or stolen cannot be recovered.

How do I redeem my Disney Rewards Dollars toward airline travel when using my Disney® Premier® Visa Credit Card?
First, purchase airline tickets on any airline to any destination using your Disney Premier Visa Card. Then within 60 days, pay yourself back by redeeming your Disney Rewards Dollars for a credit on your monthly statement.3 Each Disney Rewards Dollar can be redeemed for a $1 credit on your statement.
Within 60 days of your airline ticket purchase, you can redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars for a credit on your statement by going to the My Disney Account page, logging in and selecting the “Redeem toward airline travel” option on that page, or by calling 1-800-300-8575. The credit will appear on your statement between 1 and 2 billing cycles from the time you redeem. Please note that there are no returns on Disney Rewards Dollars redeemed for statement credits.
