Questions about Upgrading from the Disney® Visa® Card to the Disney® Premier Visa® Card

      • When you upgrade from a Disney Visa Card to a Disney Premier Visa Card, the Disney Rewards Dollars in your account will automatically move to your new Disney Premier Visa Card account. In addition, any valid Disney Rewards Redemption Cards you have will also move to the new account.1

      • Yes. Disney Rewards Dollars will maintain their original expiration date (five years from the date earned) when moving to your new Disney Premier Visa Card account.1

      • When you upgrade from a Disney Rewards Visa Card account to a Disney Premier Visa Card account, your account number will remain the same. If your Disney Visa Card account was set up for automatic bill pay, you will want to note the new expiration date and security code of your Disney Premier Visa Card and make those revisions accordingly.

      • Yes. The expiration date and security code will change when you upgrade to the Disney Premier Visa Card.

      • If you upgrade by calling Chase Card Services at 1-800-300-8575, you will start enjoying your Disney Premier Visa Cardmember benefits within 3-5 days, even while using your Disney Visa Card plastic.2 If you upgrade online, it may take up to 10 days for your upgrade request to be approved and for your purchases in qualifying categories to earn Disney Rewards Dollars at the higher rate.
