How do I redeem the Disney Rewards Dollars I've earned toward Disney products and offerings?
First, you’ll need a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. As soon as you earn 20 Disney Rewards Dollars, you can order one by going to the My Disney Rewards section, logging in and selecting “Request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card,” or by calling 1-800-300-8575, and load your Disney Rewards Dollars to the card. Activate your Disney Rewards Redemption Card when it arrives (delivery time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks). Then, use it at participating Disney locations in the U.S. to redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars toward most everything Disney.0

I ordered a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, when will I receive it?
If Free Standard Shipping is selected, there is no shipping fee, and the Redemption Card will arrive 5-8 business days after requested. (No deliveries on weekends and holidays.) If Rush Shipping is selected, there is a $10.00 fee, and the Redemption Card will arrive 2-4 business days after requested. (Deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Continental U.S. only. No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or rural deliveries.). The delivery fee, if any, will be charged to your Disney Visa Credit Card in your account.

To check your Rewards Dollars balance, log in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney account to see your Disney Rewards Dollars balance at the top of the page. How do I reload additional Disney Rewards Dollars to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card I already have?
You can reload an existing, active Redemption Card with additional Disney Rewards Dollars by logging in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney Account. Once logged in, click “manage My Rewards Dollars” and select the Redemption Card to reload. You can also reload an existing, active Redemption Card via the Chase Mobile® app or by calling 1-800-300-8575. You can reload a Redemption Card with a minimum of 10 Disney Rewards Dollars. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed using Pay Yourself Back®.00

If I purchase an item with my Disney® Visa® Card and then return it, will I lose the Disney Rewards Dollars I earned for that purchase?
Yes, your Disney Rewards account will be debited when the credit posts to your credit card account for the returned item.

I am planning a Disney vacation in the U.S. When should I request my Disney Rewards Redemption Card?
You should request a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card at least three weeks before your vacation.

If I forget to request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card before my Disney vacation in the U.S., are there any options for me?
Yes. There are several locations at both the Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort where you can pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the Redeem Rewards page in the Rewards Dollars section. Or, call 1-800-300-8575 for locations. After you receive the card, call the number located on the sticker on the front of the card to activate and load it with Disney Rewards Dollars from your Disney Rewards Dollars account.

Can I return Disney Rewards Dollars from my Disney Rewards Redemption Card back into my Rewards Dollars account balance?
No. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, they cannot be returned to your Disney Rewards account. Remember, when Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, you can no longer use them to redeem for a credit on your monthly statement using Pay Yourself Back®.00

What happens if my Disney Rewards Redemption Card is lost or stolen?
Call Chase immediately at 1-800-300-8575 to report the loss of the card. If you are at a Disney Park in the U.S., you can pick up a new card at Guest Relations and have any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars loaded to the new card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the Redeem Rewards page in the Rewards Dollars section. If you are at home, Chase can load any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars onto a new card and mail it to you.
Important Note: Please remember that anyone in possession of a Disney Rewards Redemption Card can use it. Any Disney Rewards Dollars redeemed before you report the card lost or stolen cannot be recovered.0

How long will it take to get my statement credit?
Statement credits will post to the card account within 3 business days of a request to redeem and will appear on the monthly Chase credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Will I need to pay my minimum payment on my monthly statement if I redeem for a statement credit?
Yes, statement credits will reduce your balance, but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment.00

What if I don’t see eligible Pay Yourself Back® purchases listed in my account?00
Your eligible purchases may not have posted to your card account yet. Once an eligible purchase posts to your card account, it will be listed on Pay Yourself Back® to choose and apply Disney Rewards Dollars to redeem for a statement credit. We make reasonable efforts to include all relevant merchant codes in eligible categories.
Even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won’t qualify as eligible purchases in that category.
