Redeeming Disney Rewards Dollars loaded onto a Disney Rewards Redemption card is flexible and easy. You can think of your Redemption card like another form of payment and use it toward almost anything Disney, in combination with cash or accepted credit or debit cards and other offers.1 

One Disney Rewards Dollar is equal to a $1 value when redeeming toward Disney products and experiences at most Disney locations in the U.S. and online. There are no block-out dates when redeeming, and Disney Rewards Dollars do not expire. Log in to order your Redemption Card.

How to order or load a Disney Rewards Redemption Card 

Once you’ve earned at least 20 Rewards Dollars, you can sign into your account to load a Redemption Card with your Rewards Dollars.
You can reload a Redemption Card with a minimum of 10 Rewards Dollars anytime.1
Redemption Cards are reloadable, reusable and do not expire. 

There are several ways to request a Redemption Card. 

Order a Disney Rewards Redemption Card or reload Disney Rewards Dollars on our website.

Log in to your Disney account and link it with your Chase.com Disney® Visa® Card account. 
  
Once logged in, you can order a new Redemption Card or reload an existing Redemption Card. Redemption Cards will arrive five to eight business days after requested. (No deliveries on weekends and holidays.)

How to use Pay Yourself Back® to redeem Rewards Dollars

Redeem Rewards Dollars for a statement credit toward purchases made at most Disney locations in the U.S. and online at Disney sites including DisneyStore.com, DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com and Plus.ESPN.com. Premier Cardmembers can also redeem Rewards Dollars toward airline purchases including tickets on any airline to any destination with no block-out dates.234

When using Pay Yourself Back®:

  • Redeem on Chase.com ↗ within 90 days of purchase 
  • Do not load your Disney Rewards Dollars to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card 
  • Disney Rewards Dollars will be deducted directly from your account
