Once you’ve earned at least 20 Rewards Dollars you can log in to your account to load a Redemption Card with your Rewards Dollars. You can reload a redemption card with a minimum of 10 Rewards Dollars anytime.¹

There are several ways to request a Redemption Card.

You can also call the number on the back of your Credit Card or call Chase Card Services
at 1-800-300-8575 to request or reload a Redemption Card.

Disney Rewards Redemption Card Features¹

• There are no block-out dates when redeeming
• You can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card in combination with cash or accepted credit or debit cards and other offers
• Disney Rewards Dollar is equal to a $1 value when redeeming toward Disney products and experiences at most Disney locations in the U.S.
• Redemption Cards are reloadable, reusable and do not expire. Note: Disney Rewards Dollars not loaded onto a card expire five years from the date they were earned (and posted to your account)

Disney Rewards Redemption Cards can be used at most Disney locations in the U.S. to redeem Disney Rewards Dollars toward almost anything Disney. Simply present your Redemption Card at checkout and use the available balance as payment.

For online purchases, enter the Disney Rewards Redemption Card number and Security Code found on the card during the checkout process. You can also access your card number and security code in the Chase Mobile app.

You can also redeem toward movie tickets online at AMCTheatres.com or on the AMC Theatres mobile app. Once you add a qualifying Disney movie ticket to your cart, you will have the option use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card as a form of payment toward all or part of your movie ticket.
