We’re celebrating the 11 countries that make up the World Showcase by highlighting a few ways to become a globetrotter with nothing but a curious palate, an appetite for adventure, and, of course, your Disney^® Visa^® Card in your pocket to collect some savings along the way. Here are our recommendations for what to do, what to see, and of course, where to go for world-class shopping and dining.

1. Mexico

Explore a fiesta of Mexican culture and cuisine around the grandeur of a Mayan temple
For a tropical vibe and a colorful environment, Mexico’s Yucatan jungle landscape surrounds shops, carts and cantinas containing refreshments and goods.

Storm the Norwegian courtyard like the Vikings of yesteryear and you’ll encounter the towering peaks of a fortress, a church atop rustic cobblestone streets and touches of Arendelle, the Norway-inspired land of Frozen.

• Journey through ancient and modern times at Reflections of China, a 14-minute Circle-vision 360° film, guiding you on a tour led by Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai. You’ll float down the Haungpu River, see the fluid movements of tai chi, enter the mythical Sea of Clouds and more.
• Explore Chinese collectibles and cultural symbols at the Yong Feng Shangdian shop, from books and jewelry to silk clothing, paper fans, and, of course, stuffed pandas for all ages.

4. Germany

Say “Guten Tag” to a German plaza with a castle and storybook Bavarian buildings
Arrive on the hour to hear the clocktower in this picturesque plaza chime with a cheery melody as it welcomes guests to model trains, cuckoo clocks, decadent desserts and songs from German lore – including a polka band that performs every day.

6. United States

Honor the heritage and history of the U.S.A. among gorgeous greenery and famous figures
Strike a pose beside a Colonial-style mansion modeled after Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and stop and smell the roses in the surrounding garden. You’ll quickly see why this beautiful EPCOT^® pavilion is a great place for entertainment.

Journey through historic and modern sights, waiting just past shrine gates and a towering pagoda
Catch your breath and “find your center” in the relaxing paths along Japan pavilion’s koi ponds and foot bridges… before you launch into the breathtaking dining and shopping of Tokyo culture!
