The Disney parks are already a dream destination for foodies, and now they’re providing even more delicious options for every appetite, including guests who lean into a vegan lifestyle or are simply looking to eat more plant-based foods. Disney offers plant-based menu items at most of the quick and table service restaurants at Walt Disney World® Resort and the Disneyland® Resort—so everyone can find a satisfying dish that meets their dietary needs. We’re going to share some of our favorite Disney plant-based dishes, from hot dogs to vegetable Wellington and more. And as always, refer to the menus of any dining establishments to get an idea of current plant-based offerings. Our picks at Walt Disney World® Resort
It’s easy to find plant-based options throughout Walt Disney World® Resort; all you have to do is look for the leaf! The green leaf icon next to menu items lets you know which dishes are packed with ingredients like vegetables, fruits, grains and legumes—and made without animal meat, eggs, dairy or honey. It’s a Disney foodie’s delight!
You might be surprised at what you discover at favorite locations like Ronto Roasters or Steakhouse 71, from a Zuchii Wrap with smoky chickpea-onion slaw and creamy garlic-tahini sauce to a savory puff pastry stuffed with mushrooms and artichoke hearts. For those looking for a quick vegan bite, Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC and Local Green Orlando Food Truck can both be found in Disney Springs® and offer plenty of plant-based items for you to sink your teeth into.
