1. 1. “If it’s not baroque, don’t fix it.”

   Leave it to a talking clock to have great comic timing. In Beauty and the Beast, Cogsworth proudly shows off the castle’s artwork to Belle, leading to a pun that’s a work of art in itself.
   



2. 2. “Somebody call IX-I-I!”

   Some jokes are “thinkers” that ask you to put two and two together—or in this fun moment from Hercules, convert Roman numerals to the modern “9-1-1.”
   



3. 3. “First, we need to acknowledge the elephant in the room… Francine, happy birthday!”

   When people mention the “elephant in the room,” it usually refers to a big topic everyone is thinking about… unless you’re literally in a room with an elephant, like Chief Bogo in Zootopia.
   



4. 4. “When you use a bird to write, it’s called tweeting.”

   Maui may have been a few centuries ahead of social media in Moana (as the movie was set about 2,000 years ago), but when he used Hei-Hei the chicken to sign an autograph, he gave a nod to us modern watchers.



5. 5. “Why do I fix everything I touch?!”

   Sometimes we all feel like we break everything we touch, but heroic Fix-It Felix bemoans the exact opposite problem as he struggles to break free of his jail in Wreck-it Ralph.



6. 6. “Teenagers… You give them an inch, they swim all over you.”

   Okay, maybe not every parent can relate to having fins and living “Under the Sea.” But many parents can relate to Sebastian’s struggles with raising teens!



7. 7. “Cheetahs never prosper!”

   Zazu’s got some of the best animal puns we’ve ever “herd” in The Lion King, and as far as we’re concerned, this is one of his greatest lines.
   



8. 8. “It’s Bring an Obscure Relative to Work Day.”

   As Mike Wazowski tries to lie his way through hiding Boo from his boss at Monsters, Inc., he stumbles upon this made-up office holiday. Somehow, we don’t think this one is going to catch on.
   



9. 9. “Remember: Bee yourself.”

   With his nonstop silliness, impressions and references, Aladdin’s Genie is basically the father of all Disney dad jokes. And we’re buzzing over this pun that doubles as some bee-autiful fatherly advice.
   



10. 10. “…And the sea cucumber turns to the mollusk and says, ‘With fronds like these, who needs anemones?’”

    What better way to end this list than a joke told by one of Disney’s most famous dads, Marlin from Finding Nemo? This clownfish finally gets a chance to be funny, and the punchline goes swimmingly.
