Disney marks its 100th anniversary in 2023, and the Disney100 Celebration will provide numerous opportunities for fans and families to relive their most beloved Disney memories and delight in new ones.

The spectacular celebration kicked off at the Disneyland® Resort in January with exciting offerings taking place throughout the Resort all year long.

Décor that Brings You into the Story

Beautiful décor in platinum and purple immerses you in a celebratory atmosphere throughout the Disneyland® Resort. From lighting and floral plantings to banners and bunting, everything you see says, “Let’s celebrate!”

A gleaming platinum statue of Mickey Mouse in Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A.® makes a perfect photo opportunity. And you can find another platinum Mickey statue in Downtown Disney® District, as well as a platinum Minnie Mouse statue in front of the Plaza Inn.

Sleeping Beauty Castle is decked out with banners, bunting, a large shield, three-dimensional sculptures of the good fairies, a three-dimensional Wishing Star and two majestic fountains in the moat. Another great photo opportunity!

Then, check out the open, grassy play spaces for everyone to relax in, starting with CenTOONial Park! There you’ll find two interactive experiences: a fountain with water tables and a dreaming tree where kids can crawl and explore.

Over in Goofy’s How-to-Play Yard, you’ll be treated to a whimsical sound garden where little ones can discover new ways to make wacky noises, plus a new clubhouse. Venture to Goofy’s House to enjoy an interactive candy-making contraption only Goofy could imagine! Junior candymakers will help Goofy make the candy.

The fun continues with more must-see experiences, such as Donald’s Boat, where kids can get the wiggles out and make a splash with larger-than-life spinning water lilies, balance beams and rocking toys.

Feel like dropping by to see friends? At Mickey’s House and Minnie’s House, you can enjoy a self-guided tour as you check out surprises waiting for you in every room. And, if you time your visit right, Mickey and Minnie may just be home for a quick “hello.”

And if all the fun makes you a tad hungry, there are two new options to curb appetites big and small! There’s Cafe Daisy, named after Daisy Duck, where you can get down-home diner classics at her sidewalk table restaurant; and the Toontown Farmers Market at Good Boy! Grocers, a friendly roadside stand, offering grab-and-go drinks and treats.

We hope you enjoy your visit during this spectacular event, celebrating 100 years of creativity, imagination and joy!
