Aliens (Toy Story)
“You have saved our lives! We are eternally grateful.” The Aliens from Toy Story love to speak as one. Plucked from the claw machine at Pizza Planet, these chatty squeaky toys find a new home at Andy’s, adopted into the loving arms of Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head.
Jar Jar Binks (Star Wars)
Lanky and accident-prone but possessing a heart of gold, Jar Jar Binks from the prequel trilogy of Star Wars serves a purpose that goes far beyond comic relief alone. As a Gungan, he comes to serve as an important, if occasionally clumsy, bridge between his species and the humans on the planet of Naboo.
Morph (Treasure Planet)
True to his name, this little pink alien from Treasure Planet can morph into any shape. Sidekick to the cyborg pirate John Silver, Morph proves that he’s a blob of space goo who’s happy to stick with anyone who earns his trust and affection.
Gamora (Guardians of the Galaxy)
Like many an alien, green-skinned Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy is first raised to be a living weapon. Although she has a troubled history full of both good deeds and bad, she eventually finds redemption and a sense of family by joining the Guardians as an extraordinary fighter on their side.
Maz Kanata (Star Wars)
From her first appearance in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Maz Kanata has made a major impression and become a mainstay in the sequel trilogy. The diminutive, 1,000-year-old smuggler is an incredible source of wisdom on survival and finding the balance between darkness and light.
Dr. Jumba Jookiba (Lilo & Stitch)
This four-eyed alien is the creator of 630 illegal genetic experiments on his distant planet, which includes a certain fuzzy blue chaos agent, a.k.a. Stitch! Although Dr. Jumba Jookiba prides himself as an “evil genius,” we will have to see if he ultimatly reveals his true friendly nature in the upcoming live action release of Lilo & Stitch.
Emperor Zurg (Toy Story)
The ultimate force of evil in the galaxy, terrifying tyrant Emperor Zurg is unswerving in his quest to destroy his enemy Buzz Lightyear. A formidable fighter with glowing red eyes, there’s more to Zurg than meets the eye as he reveals a surprising connect to his nemesis, Buzz through the Toy Story movies.
Chewbacca (Star Wars)
One of the most iconic extraterrestrials of all time, Chewbacca is a furry legend throughout the Star Wars franchise. The Wookiee warrior has served as Han Solo’s longtime co-pilot on the Millennium Falcon and was a key rebel who fought to restore freedom to the galaxy. And most of all, Chewie, as he’s known to friends, is a warbling, cantankerous source of unshakeable loyalty.
Pleakley (Lilo & Stitch)
A gangly noodle of an alien, Agent Pleakley from Lilo & Stitch is forced into cahoots with Dr. Jumba Jookiba when Stitch escapes to Earth! An “Earth expert” by trade, Pleakley is anxious to be of service, prove his knowledge and succeed in his mission to recover Experiment 626.
Groot (Guardians of the Galaxy)
“I Am Groot!” While he may be a creature of few words, Groot is always willing to branch out of his comfort zone in Guardians of the Galaxy. The sentient alien tree can grow pretty much anything he needs from his body, which comes in handy when he’s fighting alongside his fellow Guardians!
Stitch (Lilo & Stitch)
Get ready to say “aloha” to the most viciously adorable alien Earth has ever seen as Stitch makes his live action debut in Lilo & Stitch (2025). Originally dubbed Experiment 626 on his faraway home planet, this rambunctious blue bundle of energy was engineered to be a force of pure destruction. But when he crash lands on Hawai’i, he’ll find a kindred spirit and the true meaning of “’ohana” in Lilo, who will become a quirky and beloved partner in chaos to Stitch.
